General description
碳化钙(CaC2)，又称乙炔钙，是一种离子化合物。技术级CaC2 是一种呈灰色的颗粒状固体。遇水反应形成乙炔气体和氢氧化钙。本品为技术级，含≥75% CaC2，其它成分为氧化钙、磷化物、硫化物和氮化物。CaC2广泛用于生产乙炔和氰氨化钙。此外，它还用于制造相变材料，并作为可高效利用太阳能的定形相变材料。还用作可充电钙电池的电池材料。
