一般描述
二异丁基氢化铝是有机合成中常用的许多官能团的还原剂。
应用
二异丁基氢化铝溶液（1 M 二氯甲烷溶液）已用于在氟碳烷氧基取代的二烷基膦酸阴离子存在条件下通过 Horner-Wadsworth-Emmons 反应酯转化为 α-氟-α,β-不饱和酯。它可用于 ( S )-2-甲基四氢吡啶- N -氧化物的多步合成，是生物活性化合物如希巴辛和螺线菌素-A 的关键结构部分。
用于Pd催化的仲烷基溴的还原脱溴过程。过苄基化呋喃糖苷的O-脱苄基和开环。方便从 ZrCp2Cl2 和DIBAL-H原位生成 HZrCp2Cl。
