General description
氮化铝(AlN)是一种具有六方纤锌矿晶体结构的非氧化物半导体材料。它具有 6.12 eV 的宽直接带隙。AIN 具有很高的导热系数(300 W/(m. K))和电阻率,是制造导热脂和电缆绝缘的合适添加剂。由于无毒,且热、电、机械和化学性能优越,它也用于微电子、电致发光器件和传感器。
