一般描述
氮化铝(AlN)是一种具有六方纤锌矿晶体结构的非氧化物半导体材料。它具有 6.12 eV 的宽直接带隙。AIN 具有很高的导热系数(300 W/(m. K))和电阻率,是制造导热脂和电缆绝缘的合适添加剂。由于无毒,且热、电、机械和化学性能优越,它也用于微电子、电致发光器件和传感器。
应用
氮化铝可用作:
- 陶瓷材料,用于制备建筑热管理系统中的纳米胶囊相变材料。
- 可与石墨烯薄片一起制备超复合材料的基体,以提高导热性能。
- 发泡剂,可利用玻璃废料制备泡沫玻璃。
