一般描述

三甲基铝(TMA)是所有有机铝化合物中最具反应性和挥发性的。其非常容易自燃。它可作为高反应性还原和烷化剂。

应用

TMA可用于Ziegler-Natta催化剂的聚合和加氢。TMA主要用于生产甲基铝氧烷,如金属有机化学气相沉积(MOCVD):
  • Al2O3 使用TMA和O2前体。
  • Al4C3层已在Al2O3 (0001)上生长,使用TMA和甲烷作为铝和碳的原料。

以配备1/4转向青铜球阀(Z122661)的Sure/Pac气瓶供货。配备1/4"" NPT出口内螺纹,并以1/4"" NPT外螺纹碳钢塞密封。确认阀门处于关闭位置后必须在使用前取下塞子。
