1′,3′-二氢-1′,3′,3′-三甲基-6-硝基螺（2 H -1-苯并吡喃-2,2′-(2 H )-吲哚）（硝基化合物）是一种光致变色的生物相容螺吡喃分子，在苯并吡喃部分有 6 个硝基。 它有一个无色的无色无色的无色螺环吡喃形式 (SP) 和有色的反式份菁形式 (MC)，分别在紫外和可见光区呈现吸收峰。与其他螺吡喃分子相比，硝基二苯醚具有更高的量子产率，并能溶于多种溶剂。
