应用
- 一氧化二氮允许选择性氧原子转移反应，同时最大限度地降低了过度氧化的风险。因此，可用于氧化二硅烯、silanimine(硅亚胺)、silaethene(硅乙烯)和硅烯类物质。
- 配合钌卟啉催化剂，可用于烯烃和甾体的环氧化反应。
- 可作为氧化剂用于格氏试剂的金属催化氧化自身偶联和交叉偶联。
- N2O也可作为氮掺杂源，通过汽-液-固生长法合成p型氧化锌纳米线(ZnO NWs)。
