General description
二异丙基氨基锂溶液（LDA）是具空间位阻的非亲核性强碱，广泛用于有机合成。
Application
二异丙基氨基锂溶液（LDA）可用于：
- 用作引发剂，用于 D,L-丙交酯和甲基丙烯酸甲酯的阴离子催化聚合；
- 促进酯类烯醇化；
- 将羧酸转化为烯二醇中间物，制备三氟甲基酮；
- 芳基磺酰基恶唑烷酮的邻位锂化，制备N-取代糖精类似物；
- 催化芳基氨基甲酸酯的邻位锂化和弗莱斯（Fries）重排；
- 用作促进剂，促进烯丙基醚异构为（Z）-丙烯基醚。
