二苯基二碲化物 (PhTe)2是用于有机合成的通用试剂。(PhTe)2引起的神经毒性取决于在质膜上启动的信号通路的调节。目前已有报道称进行了小鼠体内施用二苯基二硒化物和(PhTe)2后的毒理作用比较。 同时还有人研究了(PhTe)2对鸡胚胎发育的致畸作用。据报道,在二氯甲烷中,向[Pd(PPh3)4]氧化加成(PhTe)2,可生成 [Pd6Cl2Te4(TePh)2(PPh3)6]·1/2CH2Cl2。
应用
二苯基二碲化物可用于有机锂和Grignard试剂分析。
