一般描述
氧化铜,别名一氧化铜,是化学稳定的黑色固体。它的矿物质称为黑铜矿,是铜矿开采的主要产品。本品纯度高达99.99%(微量金属分析法),作为高纯材料适合用于电子、陶瓷和催化领域。CuO是中带隙的半导体,带隙范围1.2-2.6 eV,具体受制备条件影响。由于铜存在空位缺陷,常呈p型导电性。在陶瓷科学中,CuO是BaYCu3O9-δ 和Bi2Sr2CuO6+δ等多种高Tc超导材料中的重要组分。CuO常与其它金属氧化物磨粉或混合,再高温烧结制取复合金属氧化物。在催化领域,CuO常用作前体合成各种电催化剂,用于有机合成与有机污染物降解。
