General description

氧化铟锡（ITO）被广泛用作透明导电氧化物。其主要特征是具有导电性、光学透明性以及易于沉积成薄膜。

ITO涂层的厚度为1200-1600 Å。
当暴露于300℃的温度30分钟或更长时间时，电阻可以增加到高达30 Ω。

Application
