General description

Application

导电聚合物。用作 OLED 和多种有机电子学应用（柔性线路、电容器和电池）中的防静电层和空穴传输层。

硝基甲烷分散剂，可用于在玻璃、ITO、硅晶片和诸多聚合物基底上铸塑薄膜。每次使用前应测定聚合物基底和硝基甲烷的相容性。在基底上涂覆一层硝基甲烷分散剂，然后进行自旋。通常，以 1000RPM 或更高速度旋转，可获得透明薄膜；而以更低速度旋转，则可获得导电性更好的薄膜。以 1000RPM 旋转获得的单层薄膜的厚度通常为 75nm。
