一般描述
4-巯基苯甲酸 (4-MBA)又称 4-羧硫酚或对巯基苯甲酸，是一种用于有机合成的芳香族化合物。 4-MBA 通过其活性硫醇 (-SH) 基团促进二硫键的形成。硫醇基团中的硫原子 具有高度亲核性，能够攻击亲电试剂。 促进各种含硫醇化合物的形成。 此外，4-MBA 可作为配体形成配位复合物，并用于表面官能化——特别是在金属表面创建自组装单层 (SAM)。
应用
- 食品掺假检测的SERS底物：采用4-巯基苯甲酸通过生物聚合物层层组装，原位制造AuNP等离子体纸，可作为表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)基底用于食品掺假检测(Viriyakitpattana et al., 2024)。
- 磁性-等离子体纳米粒子的开发：结合激光烧蚀和溶剂热法获得磁性-等离子体纳米粒子，可用于4-巯基苯甲酸为标记分子的多波长SERS。说明纳米颗粒合成的多样性(Talaikis et al., 2023)。
