应用

六甲基磷酰胺可用于：
  • 作为添加剂促进炔烃的对映选择性加成形成醛烃，从而在室温下生成炔丙基醇。
  • 作为催化剂参与烷基碘引发剂引发的甲基丙烯酸甲酯的可逆失活自由基聚合，以生成聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (PMMA)。
  • 促进甲烷二膦酸四烷基酯转化为(Z)-2-芳基-1-（2-氰基乙基）乙烯基膦酸酯。

六甲基磷酰胺是一种偶极助溶剂，同时也是一种有效的添加剂，用于卤化物的还原、砜脱氧、卤代烯烃偶联和碳硫键断裂等反应。
