应用

7-叠氮基-4-甲基香豆素(AzMC)是一种可用于检测硫化氢(H2S)的荧光探针。 在H2S存在下可选择性地还原芳族叠氮部分,产生荧光7-氨基-4-甲基香豆素(AMC)以及在λex = 365nm和λem = 450nm处的荧光增加。该探针既可用于体外监测H2S的酶促产生,也可用于观察细胞中的H2S。该探针对H2S具有高度的敏感性和选择性,可在体外利用10μM探针提供200nm – 100μM H2S的线性检测范围,并在mM浓度的半胱氨酸、同型半胱氨酸、谷胱甘肽和多种其他常见的生物分析物的存在下选择性地与H2S进行反应。

注意:应避免将该产品与DTT、TCEP或>25mM的生物硫醇一起使用,以获得最大效率。

AzMC可溶于DMSO中。
