一般描述

NORIT®RX 3 EXTRA is an acid washed, steam activated carbon that exhibits high porevolume. Activated carbons are internally porous microcrystalline,non-graphitic forms of carbon. The activated carbons possess large surface area(~1000 m2/g) and pore volumes which make them useful forapplications in energy storage devices, catalysis, and for removal ofimpurities from gases and liquids.

应用

Becauseof its excellent purity along with good abrasion resistance NORIT® RX3 EXTRA issuitable as a catalyst or catalyst carrier for high purity gas phaseapplications. It offers advantages of high catalytic activity, high hardnessand durability, and low pressure drop.
