DLAM-LV^proR-¹³CH₃ Methyl Labeling Kit

DLAM-LV^proS-¹³CH₃ kit has ¹³CH₃ Isotopomer precursors and contains protocol instructions for creation of isotopically-labeled proteins.

For detection of long-range nOes or for the NMR study of large proteins

Methyl groups of leucine and valine is labeled with ¹³CH₃ using DLAM-LV^proS-¹³CH₃ kit. This kit has been tested with protein isotopic labeling in E. coli. DLAM-LV^proS-¹³CH₃ is used in NMR spectroscopy to provide site-resolved information for intrinsically disordered protein or regions of proteins in NMR spectroscopic studies.
