Application
PhotoCol™-LAP生物墨水试剂盒以纯化的甲基丙烯酸I型牛胶原蛋白为核心组分，配合其他负载试剂。甲基丙烯酸型胶原蛋白是由端肽完整的牛胶原蛋白产生的，胶原蛋白是通过反应游离胺来修饰的，主要是赖氨酸残基的ε-胺基团以及N端的a-胺基团。胶原蛋白分子中超过20%的赖氨酸残基被甲基丙烯酸化。提供一瓶20 mM醋酸溶液来溶解冻干的甲基丙烯酸胶原蛋白，浓度从3到8 g/ml不等。中和溶液由10X磷酸盐缓冲盐水(PBS)溶液组成，该溶液提供最终混合物中的生理盐和pH值。光引发剂由LAP组成，在1X细胞培养基或PBS中配制，可使打印结构在405 m下进行蓝光光交联。PhotoCol™-LAP提供原生型3D胶原蛋白凝胶，通过改变胶原蛋白浓度和交联，可以定制最终凝胶的刚度。
