General description

Two-dimensional (2D) transition-metal carbides, carbonitrides and nitrides, known as MXenes, have attracted significant attention due to their outstanding electronic, ionic, optical, mechanical, and thermal properties, as well as plasmonic behaviour and versatile/tunable surface chemistries [1-4]. We offer TItanium Based MXene multi-layer powder (Ti3C2) with assay purity of 99.9%, and particle size distribuion of 10 ~ 15 μm.
We are committed to bringing you greener alternative products, which adhere to one or more of the 12 Principles of Green Chemistry. This product is synthesized using recycled TiO2 as a source material, and its production process involves reduced processing steps with improved electrical conductivity and enhanced electromagnetic shielding effectiveness. Application

Ti3C2 MXenes are suitable for various applications, such as (but not limited to):

  • Energy conversion (eg: solar cells, photocatalytic fuel production, such as hydrogen evolution from water splitting, and carbon dioxide reduction) and storage (eg: rechargeable Li-ion and beyond batteries, supercapacitors) systems ,;
  • Photocatalytic applications ,;
  • Bio-related applications (eg: drug delivery, neuroelectronic devices, photothermal therapy of cancer, biosensors, and tissue engineering),.
