About the material:
This TissueFab porous bioink kit contains:
- TissueFab porous bioink, 100-175µm, Vis/405 nm
- TissueFab dissolution solution
- Suitable for extrusion bioprinting
- Photocrosslinking at 405nm wavelength (Visible light)
Application
The TissueFab® porous bioink kit is suited for a variety of applications in the fields of drug discovery, in vitro disease modeling, regenerative medicine, and cell culture. By enabling the creation of complex tissue structures, this bioink supports advanced research and development in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, providing researchers with the tools necessary to build and explore new therapeutic strategies. Porous bioinks are particularly well-suited for tissue that require a high degree of cell infiltration and vascularization including:
- cartilage tissue engineering
- bone tissue engineering
- skin modeling, regeneration and wound repair
- muscle tissue engineering
- vascularized tissues and blood vessels
Features and Benefits
Each TissueFab® bioink is developed and tested to meet strict criteria to best suit researchers′ needs, which includes:
- Printability and rheological properties
- Crosslinking
- Cell viability
- Biocompatibility
- Batch control and reproducibility
- Defined pore size in bioprinted construct
- Increased surface area for cells to grow in bioprinted construct
- Increased diffusion of nutrients within bioprinted construct
