应用
3-羟基-5-甲基异噁唑可作为反应剂合成:
- 在叔丁醇钾的存在下,与二甲氨基甲酰氯反应生成3-氧异噁唑-2(3H)-甲酰胺。
- 与乙烯基环氧乙烷经开环反应生成羟甲基-2-丙烯-1-基-5-甲基-3(2H)-异噁唑。
