General description
活化剂溶液，内含强效活化剂，如4,5-二氰基咪唑(DCI)、5-(3,5-双(三氟甲基)苯)-1H-四唑（活化剂42）或5-乙硫基四唑(ETT)的乙腈溶液，用于在寡核苷酸合成的延伸步骤与亚磷酰胺溶液混合。活化剂可与亚酰胺基反应形成高活性中间体。然后，该中间体会与延伸中的寡核苷酸链上脱三苯甲基化的5′羟基形成核苷酸分子间键。
