生化/生理作用
β-萘黄酮是人体中芳烃受体(AhR)的外源配体。它是 I 期解毒酶(CYP)和 II 期酶(UDP-GTs)和 NAD(P)H 依赖性醌氧还原酶-1(NQO1)的诱导物。它还诱导细胞色素 P450(Cyp1a)的表达。BNF 通过改变转录因子的结合来抑制 Duchenne 肌营养不良基因(肌营养不良蛋白(Dp)71) 的表达。
