  • 刺激 Cre 重组酶的表达，并删除侧翼为 loxP 序列的等位基因

生化/生理作用

β-萘黄酮是人体中芳烃受体（AhR）的外源配体。它是 I 期解毒酶（CYP）和 II 期酶（UDP-GTs）和 NAD(P)H 依赖性醌氧还原酶-1（NQO1）的诱导物。它还诱导细胞色素 P450（Cyp1a）的表达。BNF 通过改变转录因子的结合来抑制 Duchenne 肌营养不良基因（肌营养不良蛋白（Dp）71） 的表达。
