The silica shell offers a versatile surface for attaching functional groups or creating hydrophobic & hydrophilic surfaces. The presence of silica shell on the surface of silver nanospheres also allows their easier deposition onto substrates and incorporation into different solvents, resins, and curable materials while protecting them from aggregation and preserving their optical properties.

DO NOT FREEZE. Store at 2-8C and away from light when not in use to maximize shelf life. Nanomaterials can be sensitive to high and low pH conditions and high salt concentrations. Use caution when changing environmental conditions as particles may aggregate.
