Application
Nano porous anodic alumina is a widely studied material used for corrosion protection of aluminum surfaces or as dielectric material in microelectronics applications. Our nano porous anodic alumina exhibits a homogeneous morphology of parallel pores which grow perpendicular to the surface with a narrow distribution of diameters and interpore spacings and possess a standard deviation of <10%. These nano porous alumina find applications, as filters, platforms for multi-functional flow-through sensors, and as templates for the fabrication of nanotubes or nanowires.
