Longchain PA 3D Printing Parameters
  • Extruder (nozzle) temperature: 240 +/-10 °C
  • Bed temperature: 95 +/-10 °C
  • Print speed: 40-50 mm/s
  • Fan: 0-30 %
  • Minimum nozzle diameter: 0.35 mm
  • Plate materials: kapton tape with glue, etc.
This product can be used in material extrusion 3D printing technique.

Longchain Nylon 3D Printing Filament:
  • Longchain is a technopolymer ideal for metal replacement.
  • Characteristics are great for industrial and technical applications
  • It can withstand oils, electricity, high and low temperatures and pressure
  • Very low hygroscopy, no need to worry about humidity

Material Properties
  • Density: 1 g/cm3
  • Hardness: 75 sh/D
  • Tensile modulus: 1440 MPa
  • Melting point: 180 °C
  • Charpy Impact at 23°C: No break
  • Charpy Impact at -30°C: No break
  • Yield stress: 43 MPa
