General description
The Buchi B-585 glass drying oven (Z563080 and Z616818) has a completely replaceable drying tube assembly. Assembly comes with the drying tube, desiccant bulb, and removeable vacuum connections. A maximum of 100 mL to 250 mL can be dried using the drying accessory. If required, the drying tube can be ventilated with protective gas. The drying hood can be filled with a drying solution (silica gel, CaCl2 or P2O5) to dry strongly hygroscopic substances.
