Features and Benefits
Instructions for using the LNP Lipid Blend 1:
1) Dissolve cationic lipid in ethyl alcohol.
2) Once completely dissolved, use pipette to transfer cationic/ethanol solution into LNP Blend 1 vial.
3)Add amount of ethyl alcohol required to bring lipids to total desired volume. Use heat and sonication as necessary to achieve full dissolution. 4) Dilute nucleic acid in aqueous buffer (use appropriate pH for cationic lipid).
5) Combine solvent and aqueous phase by solvent injection. 6) Remove ethanol by dialysis.
