General description

Avanti Inositol Snoopers consist of 13 different lipid species spotted individually on a solid support. Each spot contains 1 μg of the highest quality pure lipid and is ideal for investigating lipid-protein interactions.

Application

Inositol Snoopers has been used to obtain qualitative information about the binding of phosphatase and tensin homolog (pten) and its derivatives to anionic lipids.It has also been used to study lipid-protein interactions, characterize lipid-binding antibodies and identify novel lipid-interacting proteins of potential therapeutic value.
