应用
18:1-06:0 NBD PC is suitable for use:
- as a component in preparing lipid solution for bilayer formation
- to use as a single donor in fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) based assay
- to prepare phospholipid-coated beads
生化/生理作用
NBD‐PC can be used to probe the existence of (Rho‐labeled) protease‐activated receptor (PAR) pepducins in the outer and inner leaflets.
