应用
18:1-12:0 NBD PS或1-油酰基-2-{12-[（7-硝基-2-1,3-苯并恶二唑-4-基）氨基]十二烷酰基}-sn-甘油-3-磷酸丝氨酸（铵盐）可用于测量磷脂酰丝氨酸脱羧酶（Psd1）活性。
生化/生理作用
磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)参与维持神经细胞膜和髓鞘。磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)与Akt、蛋白激酶C(PKC)和Raf-1信号传导有关。
