General description

Application
TopFluor™ Lyso PC可用作磷脂酶D(PLD)转磷脂酰化测定（薄层色谱法）中的底物。
Biochem/physiol Actions
磷脂酰胆碱（PC) 在黏液中作为表面活性剂形成疏水表面，抑制细菌渗透。可用于治疗脂肪栓塞。磷脂酰胆碱可降低胆固醇和甘油三酯的水平。
