生化/生理作用

磷脂酰丝氨酸是一种脂质。它有助于提高大鼠和人类的认知能力，有不同程度的年龄依赖性记忆问题或可能的阿尔茨海默病。具有阻断老年大鼠基底前脑胆碱能神经元群变性的能力。 90% 的磷脂酰丝氨酸脱羧酶活性与线粒体相连。
