Biochem/physiol Actions

General description

POPC通常被作为一种模型脂质,用于生物物理实验。脂肪酸组分,即sn-1位的饱和链和sn-2位的不饱和链,可模拟哺乳动物的磷脂组分。由于Egg PC的主要成分是1-棕榈酰-2-油酰PC,因此,POPC是EPC的优良合成替代品。
