Biochem/physiol Actions

溶血磷脂酸（1-或2-酰基溶血磷脂酸/LPA）可通过G蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）调节细胞运动、增殖、侵袭、存活和生长因子的产生。1-油酰-溶血磷脂酸（LPA） 能够刺激 Swiss 3T3 细胞中多种底物的酪氨酸磷酸化。它还有助于从血小板亚细胞部分释放钙。

General description

对LPA的生物反应：细胞增生、抑制分化（成神经细胞瘤细胞、成肌细胞）、血小板聚集、平滑肌收缩、神经递质释放、应力纤维形成/细胞变圆/神经突起退缩、细胞表面纤维连接蛋白结合、肿瘤细胞侵袭、趋化作用（盘基网柄菌变形虫）、Cl介导的膜去极化（成纤维细胞）、基于连接蛋白43的细胞间通信的抑制、增加的紧密连接渗透性（脑内皮细胞）注意：LPA的生物活性似乎需要长的（即C16至C18）酰基碳链，这种碳链通常与膜脂质有关，尽管对单一类型酰基碳链的最适宜要求不是普遍性的。生物活性随碳链变短而下降。在血清中，含有LPA 的油酰基和棕榈酰脂肪酸是主要类型。
