General description
One of the challenges associated with LNP′s is effectively delivering the payload to the target cells. Click chemistry presents a promising solution for the straightforward attachment of functional groups to other molecules, enabling the synthesis of larger and more complex molecular structures. Clickable PEG lipids allow for the easy linkage of specific cell-targeting functional groups to the PEG lipid, enhancing delivery to the intended cells.
