General description
Cholesteryl-PEG(2000) Biotin is a lipid used in drug delivery research. It is a cholesterol backbone attached to one side of a PEG unit and a Biotin unit on the other side of the PEG. This product can be used to improve the circulation time of various drugs. By changing the PEG length, one can change the micelle size, immunological safety, and change the drug release rate.
