General description

N4-Cholesteryl-Spermine (GL67) comprises of the cationic lipid GL67 with spermine and cholesterol.

Application


  • GL67 lipid-based liposomal formulation for efficient siRNA delivery into human lung cancer cells.: This study explores the use of GL67 liposomes for delivering siRNA to human lung cancer cells, highlighting its potential for targeted cancer therapies (Jarallah et al., 2023).

  • Aerosol-Mediated Non-Viral Lung Gene Therapy: The Potential of Aminoglycoside-Based Cationic Liposomes.: The research focuses on the efficacy of GL67 liposomes in aerosol form for non-viral gene therapy in the lungs, demonstrating significant gene transfer efficiency (Le Gall et al., 2021).
