General description

Application

该（CRM）溶液也可用于以下应用：
  • 开发一种用于定量测定收缴的致幻蘑菇和受指控吸毒者头发样品中的赛洛西宾（psilocybin）和赛洛新（psilocin）的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱（UHPLC-MS/MS）方法
  • 通过超高效液相色谱（UHPLC）和串联质谱进行（MS/MS）人头发样品中赛洛新、赛洛西宾、酶斯卡灵、N,N-二甲基色胺和丹酚 A 的多残留分析
  • 固相萃取（SPE）之后后通过液相色谱-电喷雾电离串联质谱（LC-ESI-MS/MS）分析人血浆、血清和尿液样品中的赛洛新、蟾蜍色胺、麦角酸二乙酰胺及其代谢产物。
