General description

Interleukin-2 (IL-2) is a crucial cytokine in the immune system, primarily produced by T cells. It plays a vital role in the proliferation, differentiation, and activation of immune cells, particularly T lymphocytes and natural killer (NK) cells. IL-2 is essential for maintaining immune homeostasis and is a key factor in the body′s response to infections and tumors.

*Indicative LLOQ created from average of 14 independent in house runs, where >80% met same value defined with CV & Recovery +/- 20%. Refer to CoA for lot specific performance.

Other Notes

Although IL-2 was detectable in non-human primate, canine, and feline samples, the assay has not been verified for these species.
