Application

人血管紧缩素II已用于诱导小鼠纤维化，以评估损伤后成纤维细胞遗失对心脏功能的影响。它也用于诱导大鼠腹主动脉瘤（AAA）。

Biochem/physiol Actions

血管紧缩素II是肾素-血管紧张素系统（RAS）的关键成分。它通过影响肾小管中的钠水潴留，在血管收缩、血压调节和体液平衡控制方面起关键作用。此外，血管紧缩素II刺激肾上腺中醛固酮的释放，有助于维持体液和电解质平衡的调节。血管紧缩素II也促进炎症和组织损害。它抑制自发性高血压大鼠的腺苷酸环化酶活性。血管紧缩素II也活化平滑肌细胞中的JAK2和多个激酶，包括各种细胞中的p125FAK、胞浆钙依赖性酪氨酸激酶和p60c-src 。在血管肌平滑肌细胞中，它激活ERK1/2、JNK和p38 MAP 激酶。
