General description
36kDa
增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA),即细胞周期素或称聚合酶δ辅助蛋白,其表达在G1 晚期DNA合成以前上升,在S期达到最大,在G2和M期下降。PCNA/细胞周期素可作为DNA聚合酶δ的辅助蛋白,在细胞增殖的引发中起到重要作用。抗PCNA 抗体在蛋白质印迹中与分子量为36 kDa的PCNA反应。
