General description

Immunogen

N-terminal His-tagged and truncated TRAP protein corresponding to amino acids 26-248 from P. falciparum expressed in E coli.

Application

This Anti-Histidine Tagged Antibody (anti His antibody) clone 4D11 is validated for use in IC, WB for the detection of Histidine Tagged.

Recognizes tag sequence HHHHHHGS on either the N- or C-terminus of recombinant proteins; GS amino acids are required for recognition of 6His tag
