General description

观测值〜110 kDa
雄激素受体（AR）是一种核受体，通过与雄激素睾酮或二氢睾酮结合而被激活。雄激素受体的主要功能是作为调节基因表达的DNA结合转录因子。然而，雄激素受体还具有独立于DNA结合的其他功能。雄激素受体与孕激素受体关系最为密切，较高剂量的孕激素可阻断雄激素受体。

Immunogen

与大鼠雄激素受体的N端相对应的KLH偶联的线性肽。
表位：该抗体可识别雄激素受体N端的调节区。

Physical form

亲和纯化
纯化的兔多克隆抗体，溶于含有0.1 M Tris-甘氨酸（pH 7.4）、150 mM NaCl和0.05％叠氮化钠的缓冲液中。
