General description
30 kDa
高亲和力免疫球蛋白ε受体亚基γ（UniProt P20411；也称为Fc-εRI-γ，Fc受体γ-链，FceRIγ，FcRγ，IgE Fc受体亚基γ）由大鼠物种中Fcer1g（也称为Fce1g）基因（基因ID：25441）编码。FceR1γ是一种单程I型膜蛋白，可与多种FcRα链结合形成功能性信号复合物，可调节免疫反应的多个方面。γ亚基在使IgE Fc受体到达细胞表面方面具有关键作用。FceRIγ仅在肥大细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞上发现。在啮齿动物中，FcεRI是非共价连接的亚基的四聚体复合物：一个IgE结合α亚基，一个β亚基和二硫键连接的γ亚基的二聚体。当多价过敏原与受体结合的IgE结合时，随之而来的受体聚集会导致引起过敏症状的介质释放。（参考文献：Blank, U., et al.
