General description

36 kDa

HuR（Hu-抗原R，ELAV样蛋白1，ELAV1）是一种RNA结合蛋白，包含3个RNA结合域。已知可以结合mRNA的富含AU的元件。它通过破坏其mRNA的稳定性来调节基因表达。已知它在某些癌症（例如乳腺癌和胃癌）中被上调。它的一些靶标包括cFos，IL-3和BRCA1 mRNA。HuR还被证明参与某些细胞类型中VEFG-A和NFkB表达的调节。它的激活和积累也与许多能量信号分子有关，例如PI3K/Akt途径和AMPK。
