RNA-Binding Protein Immunoprecipitation

All eukaryotic organisms require tight regulation of gene expression for complex processes such as development, differentiation, cell specification, and responses to environmental stimuli. Many genes are regulated post-transcriptionally, in addition to transcriptional mechanisms of gene regulation.
