This Anti-phospho-EGFR (Tyr845) Antibody is validated for use in IC, IF, IH, WB for the detection of phospho-EGFR (Tyr845).

Predicted to cross-react with mouse and rat based on sequence homology (100%), but have not been tested.

Recognizes phospho-EGFR (Tyr845).

Affinity Purified rabbit polyclonal IgG in 50% storage buffer (PBS (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.3 containing 1.0 mg/mL BSA (IgG, protease free) and 0.05% sodium azide) and 50% glycerol.
