方法：光度法，50 - 500 mg/l SO₄²⁻ Spectroquant®
该方法类似于EPA 375.4、APHA 4500-SO4 2- E和ASTM D516-11。
Spectroquant® Sulfate Cell Test硫酸盐测试盒（预装版）可准确定量水性样品中的硫酸盐。
方法原理：硫酸根离子与钡离子反应形成难溶的硫酸钡。最后通过光度计测定浊度（比浊法）。
Spectroquant® Cell Test预装版测试盒包含预装试剂的16 mm反应比色管(Cell)，以及根据说明书进行分析所需的所有试剂。
所有的Spectroquant®预装版(Cell Test)和试剂版(Reagent Test)测试盒都配备了独特的实时ID（二维码），可实现无缝方法识别，并包含相关必要信息，例如批号、有效期和自动校准更新。
